How To Fly Sparge Homebrew

I've been brewing for a year now and ever since I started doing AG batches, I've always did a simple 2 step batch sparge. My mash efficiency numbers range from 65% with a single pass through my LHBS mill to 70-72% with a double pass (and sometimes a slight stuck sparge).
